Hypnostep, on the Runner's World forum thread "The Best Running Music EVER", posted a great list of dance and electronic music with BPMs. I listed tunes from the list by Juno Reactor,the Benassi Bros., and the Propellerheads. The BPMs vary from the 120s (great for fast walking to the 140s for easy jogging.
Girlwithcurl, favoring faster paces, posted a great rock/pop/alternative list on the same thread. The tunes, artists, and BPMs include:

- She's Tight--Cheap Trick 157
- Bleed It Out--Linkin Park 140 (Was already on our list)
- Devil Inside--INXS 151
- Brand New Cadillac--The Clash 153

"West of the Fields (Live)" by R.E.M. in the album Live: From London works out at 164 BPM.
"Everyone Nose (All the Girls Standing In the Line for the Bathroom)" by N.E.R.D. from Seeing Sounds is an easy going 141.

Hey Dr. Bob, check out my website podwogging.com. I take a slightly different (some might say wacky) approach to walking and jogging to personal music players, though my lists are skewed to an older, and slower, demographic.
