It's All Megaphone on Episode #50 of the JogTunes Indie Podcast

Megaphone

Megaphone's Album Cryin' Out Loud

Megaphone's New Album Exit Silent Mode

I played a Megaphone track on my last Christmas show and vowed that I would bring this awesome rock band back for a solo engagement. All of their podsafe tunes are featured on this mid-month episode of the JTIP and sequenced for a really fun 30 minute run.

It's mostly easy going jogging and running with a long interval run at 172 BPM. If you're not used to that speed, run it for 30 seconds then slow your pace or shorten your stride. If you're comfortable with that pace, enjoy over 3 minutes of flat out running.

As always, I welcome your comments. Please send them to comments at jogtunes.com, post them on our JogTunes.com facebook fan page, or send me a tweet.

Thanks for working out with me and enjoy the music.

New on JogTunes.com - Tribute to Haiti

Your thoughts can be with the Haitian people through these tunes:

Hold On by Wyclef Jean and Still Standing (feat. Ludacris) by Monica. Both are on our Tunes List and purchases of these tunes and others from the compilation, SOS - Help for Haiti, go to the SOS - Help for Haiti Fund.

Also, please check out my friend, Louinel Jean's music video tribute to the Haitian people in this time of crisis. The song was written and sung by Lounel. Louinel's work has been featured many times on the JogTunes Indie Podcast.

The JogTunes Indie Podcast Episode #49 -

The 49th episode of the The JogTunes Indie Podcast is up for running, cycling, and other BPM matching exercising.

Light Pop, Fast Pace

David Homyk Phil Putnam Isaboe Lily Sparks Yamasaki

This episode comes to you thanks to the great staff and 4 of the artists over at Ariel's Cyber PR. It's all light pop but don't let that fool you. The tempos move. It's a straight 40 min session that peeks in the 170s and stays there for 4 tunes. That's pretty fast running.

Phil Putnam, David Homyk, Isaboe, and Lily Sparks sing the tunes. Yamasaki provides the instrumental for the intro and outro.

Please find the artists' websites, purchase links to their tunes, and other info on the JTIP Episode #49 page of jogtunes.com.
