I just redesigned our home page to make it easier for return visitors to get right into the action of downloading tunes for their playlists. New visitors can get info on working out to the beat by going to our new visitor page and then go from there to the tunes pages.
I got an email from Jim Webster of podwogging.com. He's got an awesome site for walking and jogging (and running) exactly to the tempos of his favorite music. His ideas on music paced workouts are refreshing and fun. He invites others to send him their lists of favorite running tunes. His blog is great too. Check it all out!
