In a similar vein, check out Kaiser Chiefs' CD "Employment". "I Predict a Riot" is a great running song that I'm guessing is in the 160 BPM range.
Thanks, anonymous, for your great suggestion. I posted "I Predict a Riot" and several other songs by the Kaiser Chiefs. The BPM for "I Predict..." is 160. Perfect running tempo.
