Matthew Ebel first appeared on the JTIP on the second episode in 2006, and it was all Matthew on episode #30 (available from our archives by email request). I’m excited to have Matthew back on the show with 2 tracks along with six other great indie artists. It’s indie music paced running at its best!
The format for this mixed genre episode is classic JTIP. Run a 30 min standard session that maxes out at 174 BPM. Then, feel free to stick around for a 15 min sprint segment. You’ll top that off at 185.
My thanks go to Dave Porter of Music Clout, Jon Ostrow at Cyber PR, and Graham Trust of The Vow for their assistance in bringing these great artists to the JTIP.
I also send a big thanks to all of the artists for their generous contributions to the show and to the talented Troy Warden for his great intro.
Enjoy the show and may your next run be your best one.
