Homespun
I'm finally settled in Texas but the move and the new job still keep my life pretty hectic. So here's another runset that I have for sale but decided to publish for free. There are 4 tunes by Homespun out of Wales. and plenty more by artists well known to longtime JTIP listeners. They include Pippa Rogers, Dialog, Vile Evils vs The Zombies, HOSTYLL, andLow of the Low. Please go to jogtunes.com for a list of the tunes, the sequence, the BPMs, and other info.

Happy running!

New Tunes and Podcast on Jogtunes.com

I just moved to Austin, Texas, and had little time to post tunes and blog. I'm getting back to it and found some intriguing music for great beat-matched workouts. Them Crooked Vultures appeared on Saturday Night Live and now we've got 3 of their tunes from their new album with BPMs of 153, 153, and 186.

Massive Attack just released their latest album HeligolandMassive Attack. It's a different sound for matching your stride. We posted 2 runnables at 158 and 185 BPM.

Peter posted his "tested" list for January and from that list I picked Green Day's "Murder City", running fast at 182 and The 69 Eyes' "Some Kind of Magick", running comfortably at 160.
